PURPOSE:To calculate the change in a water level per unit time with less influence of waves by detecting the changing times of the water level, storing said times beforehand and permitting retrospective oprations of the past data. CONSTITUTION:Water level values are digitized in a water level outputting section 2, and are compared at every sampling time. When the measured water level value does not coincide with the measured water level value held in the 1st area of a water level stack 3, a comparator 6 generates an output signal. The measured water level value held in the 1st area of the stack 3 is set in the 2nd area and thereafter the measured water level values held in the respective areas are set respectively in the areas of the next stage. The output signal of the comparator 6 is transmitted to a timer stack 5 and a setter 7 for operating intervals as well. After repetition of a number of times, an operator 8 is operated to read the measured water level values ad accumulative sampling times respectively from the stack 3 and the stack 5, from which the average value in the change in the water level paer unit time is operated. |
