PURPOSE:To prevent useless emission of steam, by throttling a low pressure turbine bypass valve and an intermediate stop valve in a reheat steam feed system to intermediate and low pressure turbines when a vacuum of a condenser is decreased. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure turbine bypass line 16 detouring a high pressure turbine 5 and a bypass line 18 detouring intermediate and low pressure turbines 7, 8, to which generated steam in a reheater 3 is supplied through an intermediate stop valve 6, are equipped in a turbine, and this turbine is controlled in such a manner as to throttle the valve 6 and low pressure turbine bypass valve 19 when a vacuum decrease of a condenser 10 is detected by a detector 22. Here a signal selector 41 is switched to a connection side between b-c to input an output of a reheat bowl pressure detector 37 to a function generator 36.2 as a newly set value of steam pressure converted into generated power by a proportional arithmetic unit 27.5 and correct a boiler master signal 43 by reheat bowl pressure. |
