RUNNING SHEARING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To let plate materials pass smoothly by providing a material guide member on a part which makes the same operation as that of an upper cutter in a shearing mechanism and making the guide member movable up to a position of the edge of an upper cutter on the material feeding side of the upper cutter. CONSTITUTION:A guide 6 provided in front of an upper cutter 5 of an upper tool post 4 of a pendulum type running shearing machine is movable up to a position of the edge of an upper cutter 5 by means of a guide cylinder 13. When a material 10 is led in, the guide 6 is lowered down to a position of the edge of the upper cutter 5 and the tip of said cutter 5 is certainly pressed against a position for passing a plate through the machine. Thus, the edge of the cutter is protected and the material 10 is smoothly introduced in the shearing mechanism.
