PURPOSE:To obtain a roller guide device of high rigidity and large load capacity withstanding against load from various directions, by fitting a movable member in a stationary member with their slanting surfaces being mated together, and by bearing the mated parts with the use of rollers. CONSTITUTION:Outwards projecting guide rails 3 of crest or trapezoidal shape are formd on both side surfaces of a stationary number 1, meanwhile bearings B which are formed with recess parts of crest or trapezoidal sectioned shape complementary to the section of the guide rail 3, are mounted and secured on the inside surfaces of a portal movable member 2. A several number of bearings B are juxtaposed in endless grooves 4, 5 which are so formed that the roller surfaces of the bearings B are exposed to the contact surface parts of the stationary member 1, and the roller sides and end faces of the bearings B which are faced to the stationary member, are covered with lids 10 and end caps 8, respectively, and are secured. |
