PURPOSE:To install plural sets of extruders in a small space, by fixedly providing a common fixed shoe in the space between two sets of rotary wheels, and providing a device in which the forces acting on the shoe compensate each other. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotary wheels 12 and 13 are rotated mutually in the same direction, and are opposingly arranged through a space in the radial direction, and are respetively provided with outer peripheral grooves 14 and 15 in respective outer peripheral surfaces. A common fixed shoe 16 is provided fixedly to the space between the wheels 12 and 13. Segments 17 and 18 are built up by deforming parts of the grooves 14 and 15 in the circumferential directions to form tunnel-shaped paths 21 and 22, and abutments 19 and 20 are made to protrude from both end parts of the shoe 16 mutually in the opposite directions to block the paths 21 and 22. Extruding dies 23 and 24 are provided so as to open near the ends of the paths 21 and 22. Then, blank materials 25 and 26 are supplied to the paths 21 and 22 from the directions facing to each other. |
