PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of work with a rotary stocker which piles up metal molds or the like to store them, by curving a vertical drive chain inwards just over a lower sprocket to position a hung container obliquely below the front of the lower sprocket. CONSTITUTION:Containers 4 are hung with links 6, arms 8 and hangers 9 from a drive chain 3 so that the containers are inclined forward at about 30 deg.. The distance between the arms 8 is so set that the lower arm is located obliquely below a lower sprocket 2 when the link 6 of the upper arm is bent by a modifying sprocket 5. As a result, the arm 8 is turned upwards and the container 4 is moved back when the arm is bent inwards by the modifying sprocket 5. The container 4 at the lower sprocket 2 is moved forth by the downward turn of the arm 8 so that the container is located in a takeout position. According to this constitution, a small space is efficiently used and takeout and housing are facilitated. |
