PURPOSE:To raise the quality of printing by removing paper dust from a platen roller by pressingly contacting a cleaning roller with the periphery of the platen roller. CONSTITUTION:A supporting lever 10 pivotally supported by a pin 11 in a freely rocking manner is energized toward the direction of a platen roller 2 by a tension spring 12, and a shaft 14 of both ends of a cleaning roller 2 is rotatably supported on the notch 15 of the support lever 10. Preferably, the periphery of the cleaning roller 14 is covered with a highly adhesive material, e.g., silicone rubber, etc. |
