PURPOSE:To decide the coupling degree between resonance units at a depressed part, by drilling two pierced holes to a dielectric block and at the same time forming a resonance unit with conduction films provided on the inner sides of the pierced holes, the conduction films provided on four sides of the dielectric block and an intervening dielectric material. CONSTITUTION:The pierced holes 11 and 12 are provided side by side with a certain space to a cubic dielectric block 10 which is made of a ceramic dielectric material of the titanium oxide group. The conductions films 13 and 14 are provided on the inner side of the holes 11 and 12 respectively, and at the same time a conduction film 15 is provided on four side faces of the block 10. An end of each films 13 and 14 is short-circuited with the film 15 to form a resonance unit which has the 1/4 wavelength resonance. Then a depressed part 27 is formed on the outer face of the block 10 and between the resonance units in order to set the coupling degree. This coupling degree can be adjusted by the depth, width and shape of the part 27 respectively. Then capacitors 17 and 22 are added for the input and output connections respectively. |
