PURPOSE:A synthetic resin composition showing improved flow and uniform filler dispersibility in processing and forming a molding excellent in impact resistance, flexibility, etc., prepared by adding a filler treated with an organosilicon compd. to a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A composition prepared by adding a filler treated with an organosilicon compd. obtained by adding 0.05-10wt% organosilicon compound of formulaI(wherein RI is an Si-bonded 1-30C alkyl and RII is a 1-4C alkyl), e.g., a compound of formula II or III, to a filler (e.g., clay, CaCO3, TiO2) and reacting them by heating, to a synthetic resin (e.g., PVC, PE, PP). The flow property, processability and uniform filler dispersibility of the synthetic resin are improved and further in case of a flexible synthetic resin composition, the elongation property is improved with little lowering in tensile strength and in case of a rigid synthetic resin composition, the impact resistance and flexibility are improved.
