PURPOSE:To improve spurious disturbance by using two series-connected resistances as an emitter resistance and then connecting the connection point of the resistances to the middle point of a capacitor for feedback, and thus reducing waveform distortion of an oscillation voltage. CONSTITUTION:The emitter resistance of a modified Clapp oscillating circuit is divided into resistances RA and R2. Then, feedback is provided from the connection middle point of the resistances RA and R2 to the connection middle point of capacitors C1 and C2 for feedback. As output amplitude increases, the resistance RA provides negative feedback operation to decrease the hFE of a transistor Q. Therefore, the distortion of a voltage waveform is reduced and higher harmonic components are decreased. |
