PURPOSE:To control and supervise operations from a field, by providing a portable operator which can be connected to the connector of a field station and transmitting and receiving a control signal to a device to be controlled and etc. between the portable operator and a controlling device through a data way. CONSTITUTION:A controller 2 provided in the center outputs control signals based on a control program, which is set preliminarily on a basis of operation commands from a console 3 or commands from other devices, to a starting device 1. The device 1 controls the operation of a device 9 to be controlled such as a motor by a controlling instrument 1a, and an operation state signal due to an auxiliary contact 1a-1 and the detection value of a current transformer 1b are displayed on the console 3 or the like through the controller 2. A data way 10 is provided between the controller 2 and field stations ST1-STn, and a portable operator 4 has a plug 11 and is connected to stations ST1-STn. The operator 4 is provided with a station selecting device 4a, a transmitting device 4b, and an input/output device 4c to control and supervise the operation of the device 9. |
