<p>The cooling system comprises a principal water radiator (1), with its associated fan (7), mounted in the principal cooling circuit of the motor, a pump (3) and a flow regulating thermostat (5), and an auxiliary heat exchanger (8) mounted in a secondary circuit including a radiator which can dissipate heat either to the exterior of the vehicle or to the interior of the vehicle to heat the interior. The auxiliary radiator (8) has an associated fan (T2) and is mounted in an enclosure (22) which defines the direction of air flow. Control vanes (V4,V5) can be positioned to direct the heated air either to the exterior of the vehicle or into the vehicle cabin. The heat may be used to evaporate (32) refrigerant in an air conditioning system fitted to the vehicle.</p> |
