PURPOSE:To prevent the contact failure and generation of rust on a positive electrode by coating one side of band-shaped tape with adhesives, bonding a band-shaped film on the base after bonding it along the central part of an adhesive surface, and forming a cut to remove sealed tape. CONSTITUTION:One side of a band-shaped tape mainframe 1 consisting of slick paper, coated paper or polyethylene film, etc. is coated with adhesives 2 and band-shaped film 3 such as PP, PVC, and PE is bonded on almost the central part of the tape mainframe. The adhesive surface of the tape mainframe is bonded on band-shaped ground paper 4. Then, a strip cut 6 is formed on the upper face of the tape mainframe in the width direction so as to remove sealing tape 5. In this case, the depth of the cut reaches the intermediate section of the ground paper 4 and the sealed tape 5 has a shoulder section 51 on its external surface. The sealing tape 5 thus obtained permits the adhesive surface to be bonded on a dry cell 7 and film 3 to be located on a positive electrode terminal. As a result, contact failure can be removed without making the adhesives adhere to the terminal. |
