In the case of a flange for connecting rectangular duct element pieces for pneumatic high-pressure installations, consisting of profiles which are to be mounted at the ends of the duct element pieces in the manner of a frame by means of corner angles and have walls which run parallel and at right angles to the respective duct side wall, which walls are provided for the ends of the duct element pieces to be pushed into and for holding the limbs of angle pieces which can be inserted into end openings in the hollow profiles and are constructed as sheet-metal mouldings of small thickness with integrally formed beads, the hollow profiles furthermore having a bead which is open on the aperture side, runs longitudinally and extends over the entire length of the hollow profile in each case in one of the walls running in the same direction as the duct end, and the limbs of the angle piece in each case having a bead which runs exclusively in its insertion direction, is matched to the bead of the hollow profile in terms of position and shape and can be inserted into the latter, and the hollow profiles being profiled such that they fill out the space adjacent to the beads, according to Patent Application P 3127034.4-12, in order to achieve a high stability with a low material cost, it is proposed that the beads (13) of the limbs (9, 10) of the angle piece be formed by studs. <IMAGE>
