PURPOSE:To enable to easily accomplish a reduction in size and integration, by a method wherein at least a part of a wall of an ink-pressurizing chamber is constituted of a curved surface form flexible member, and an electromagnetical converting means is supported at a position spaced from the wall. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating unit 3 provided on a main body 1 of the head is displaced with a support 6 as a fulcrum by a printing signal voltage, resulting in that the volume of an ink-pressurizing liquid chamber 4 is changed through a projection form rigid body 5, and an ink supplied through a supplying passage 7 is jetted out through a nozzle 2 after passing through a passage 8. Since the vibrating unit 3 is supported at a position spaced from the wall of the liquid chamber 4, the unit can be displaced by large amount even when the chamber 4 is reduced in size. In addition, at least a part of the chamber 4 is constituted of a curved surface form (e.g., tubular form) flexible member, the change in volume is large even when the chamber 4 is small in size. Accordingly, a reduction in size and integration can be easily accomplished. |
