PURPOSE:To prevent the structure and cooler group inside of a condenser from the direct contacting with a high temperature steam drain at the introducing of the high temperaure steam drain by a method wherein many through-holes or slits spouting out the high temperature steam drain are bored on a lead pipe, and a pulsation preventing plate is provided along the water surface under the lead pipe. CONSTITUTION:A lead pipe 7 introducing the high temperature steam drain into a trunk 1 of a condenser main body is introduced into the inside of the main body of the condenser, and said lead pipe 7a is arranged above the water surface of a hot well W, close and parallel to the water surface. Many through-holes or slits 8 are bored on whole periphery surface of a portion of the lead pipe 7a located above the water surface of the hot well W. A pulsation preventing plate 10 is arranged parallel to the water surface below the water surface of the hot well W located under the through- holes or slits 8 of the lead pipe 7a. The high temperature steam drain passing through a steam drain valve 5 is introduced into the lead pipe 7a provided inside of the trunk 1 of the condenser main body, then spouted out radially from the through-holes or slits 8. The steam drain reaches a guide plate 9 located concentricly on the outer periphery of the lead pipe 7a, then drops on the water surface of the hot well W. |
