PURPOSE:To improve switching characteristic, by connecting an MOS transistor (TR) for switching controlled with an inverting control signal of a control signal applied to a transfer gate in series with a TR of a C-MOS inverter. CONSTITUTION:An input data signal Di inputted to an input terminal IN is inputted to the C-MOS inverter CI via a transfer gate TG formed with parallel connection of a P-MOS TRT1 and an N-MOS TRT2. Further, an N-MOS TRT5 for switching is connected in series with the P-MOS TRT3 and the N-MOS TRT4 of the inverter CI and the said switching TRT5 is controlled with the inverted control signal. Then, when the TRs T3, T4 are turned on, the TRT5 is turned on, and the inverter CI is turned on and off instantly. |
