PURPOSE:To improve the SN ratio of a signal other than a voice signal and to reduce a data error in data transmission of mobile communication, by transmitting the signal other than the voice signal after applying amplitude compression, and performing amplitude stretching on a receiver side. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal inputted from a voice input terminal 1 passes through a low frequency amplifying circuit 2 and signals other than the voice signal are inputted from a terminal 3, and applied with amplitude compression by an amplitude comparession circuit 31; and the both are modulated by a modulating circuit 5, converted by a frequency converting circuit 7 to a transmission frequency, and radiated as a radio wave from an antenna 9. The radio wave is received by an antenna 11, amplified by a high frequency amplifier circuit 12, and extracted as a signal of intermediate frequency by a mixing circuit 13. Further, the voice signal passes through a low frequency amplifier circuit 17 and is outputted from a voice output terminal 18; the signals other than the voice signal are stretched by an amplitude stretcher circuit 32 and outputted from an output terminal 20 through a low frequency amplifier circuit 19. |
