This buckle comprises a stirrup 1 whose two lateral arms are pierced by openings 6 and 8 respectively, and a T-shaped pin 10 which cooperates with these openings. The pin comprises a thinned head 14 and two lateral teeth 16, 17. It is inserted in the openings of the stirrup while, between these openings, passing through a turned back end 28 of the strap. The teeth prevent its withdrawal in one direction while the bar of the T retains it in the other. <IMAGE>
