PURPOSE:To increase the degree of adherence between a heat exchanger tube and fins, by inserting a heat exchanger tube having a thin film of a nonmetallic material into fins, and melting the nonmetallic material constituting the thin film through the application of heat. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger tube 3 having a thin film 7 of a nonmetallic material having a melting point sufficiently lower than those of the heat exchanger tube 3 and fins 1 over the outer surface of the same is inserted into the fins 1 and heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the nonmetallic material constituting the thin film 7 over the outer surface of the tube 3 in a heating furnace or the like. Resultantly the nonmetallic material constituting the thin film 7 over the outer surface of the tube 3 is melted, so that the fins 1 and the heat exchanger tube 3 are bonded tightly together. Therefore, it is enabled to increase the degree of adherence between the heat exchanger tube 3 and the fins 1. |
