PURPOSE:A special air path is set inside an open end spinning frame provided with the outer rotor and the inner rotor to achieve the formation of good-quality spun yarns as well as the automation of the system. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized air P is jetted into the one end of the hollow shaft which supports the inner rotor 7 at the top end, then divided. Then, one of the divided air streams is passed through the branching hole 9, the branching groove 9a, the guiding hole 7e to proceed tangetially from the guide groove 7f toward into the spinning chamber 7b in the inner rotor 7. In the meantime, sliver F2 is sucked onto the inner wall surface 6a of the outer rotor 6 to form a yarn by the air turbulence X1 formed in the chamber 7b. The rest of the pressurized air P is exhausted out of the other end 8b of the hollow shaft 8. The air in the spinning chamber 7b is sucked out with the exhausted air stream X2 whereby the sliber F2 is sucked through the pipe 15 into the spinning chamber 7b where a yarn is formed and the yarn is guided with taking-up means 3, 4. |
