PURPOSE:To scrape off the residual toner on the surface of a photoreceptor securely without allowing it to fall out of both end parts of a blade, by forming both end parts of the blade in such a reinforced shape that the rigidity is higher at the end parts than at the center part. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts 3a of the blade 3 are in the reinforced shape that both end parts are thicker than the center part 3a. Consequently, both end parts 3b tend to deform in the opposite direction to the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 1. Consequently, the powdery residual toner on the surface of the photoreceptor 1 is scraped off securely without falling out of both end parts 3b. |
