PURPOSE:To decrease the connection delay time, by performing an occupying request of incoming line channel from plural terminals at random through the use of a bit. CONSTITUTION:A digital service unit 1 and terminals 2-1-2-N are connected via an incoming line 3 and an outgoing line 4. When the terminals 2-1-2-N use a data signal channel, the control is performed with a control signal channel. An output pulse of one set among the terminals 2-1-2-N is received at the unit 1 as a V volt. When the control signal channel occupying request from n-set of the terminals 2-1-2-N is given at the same time, it is received at the unit 1 as an nV volt and when the unit 1 receives the pulse of 2V volt, the collision of the request from the plural terminals 2-1-2-N is detected. The unit 1 transmits a signal stopping once the request of the terminals 2-1-2-N and the terminals 2-1-2-N transmit again the request signal after a waiting time at random. |
