PURPOSE:To simplify the titled circuit, by making each section common and reducing the number of components, in constituting an analog switch of multi- input and multi-output. CONSTITUTION:Plural diode bridge circuits are connected between plural input terminals A0-A3 and plural output terminals B0-B3. Further, a control current is applied to another connecting point of each diode bridge circuit via switches S1, S2. When the switches S1, S2 are connected to the position of (a), (b) with a control terminal C, currents 4, 2 turn on diodes 5-8, 13-16 to make the input A0, the output B0, and the input A2, the output B2 respectively. On the other hand, since diodes 9-12 and 17-20 are biased reverse, the input A1, the output B1 and the A3, the B3 are nonconductive. In selecting the connection of the switches S1, S2 to the position of (a), (c), the reverse switching is performed. |
