The wheel hub (1) is connected by bolts (2) to a circular disc (3) which has a drum (4) welded to it, radial w.r.t. the wheel hub. Four tubes (5) are equispaced fitted around the drum to provide stability and accurate adjustment of wheels (15), to prevent swinging. The tubes are parallel to the wheel hub axis, fitted in recesses (4a) in the drum. A clamping bracket (6) secured by a bolt (7) forms a firm fixture of the tube (5) to the drum. At both ends of the outer tube are slidably fitted internal tubes (8). The outer tube is provided at each end with mud scrapers (5a).
