PURPOSE:To produce a product of light weight having high degree of design freedom and sufficient adhesive area by filling resilient blowing agent sandwiched with non-woven cloth for preventing thermal shrinkage in the outer skin made of resin while applying adhesive layer on the bottom face of the outer skin. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing, outer skin material is sprayed onto a lower mold 6 of desired shape, to form an outer skin surface section 1. Then blowing material 4 is filled onto the outer skin surface section 1 through proper means 8 to burry non-woven cloth 3 in sandwich into blowing material 4. Thereafter an upper mold 9 sprayed with mole bottom face section 2 is mounted on the lowr dies 6. Said section 1 and blowing material 4 are high frequency molded integrally and after cooling said molds 9, 6 are demolded and adhesive tape 5 is applied on the mole bottom face section 2. Consequently the weight is reduced while high design freedom is achieved and thermal shrinkage is prevented to assure sufficient adhesive area. |
