PURPOSE:To wash efficiently and cleanly a titled device, by eliminating an application of a magnetic field to a filter element, repeating a process for warming an adhering oil portion, reducing its viscosity and removing it, and thereafter, washing it by a washing body for washing. CONSTITUTION:When washing a filter element 14, first of all, electric power to a coil 22 is cut and a magnetic field of a filter element existing area 13 is eliminated. Subsequently, a fluid in a case 1 is discharged, and thereafter, steam is supplied into the case from a steam supplying device 12 by opening a valve 11, a caught matter 25 adhering to a wire rod 15 is heated, and viscosity of its oil portion is reduced. Therefore, a part 25' of the caught matter 25 separated from the wire rod 15, and the remaining part spread uniformly on the surface of the wire rod 15. Subsequently, a magnetic field is applied temporarily for a short time to the area 13 by electric conduction to a coil 22. As a result, the caught matter 25 spreads in the direction of a magnetic field H, and a part 25' is separated when the magnetic field is released. Subsequently, supply of steam is stopped, and the wire rod 15 is washed by feeding back-wash hot water from a communicating pipe 5, and air through a pipe 8 from an air feeding device 10, into the case 1. |
