A lining device for surfaces with facing elements, on the rear side of which holding-profile projections are directly bonded. Such a design is distinguished by a simplicity of manufacture and by a saving of time and cost in lining work, it being possible to interchange individual facing elements, if necessary, also in a simple manner.
