In order, in the production of concrete products, to make it possible to reduce substantially the vibrating time or cycle time in relation to the respective consistency of a blank to be produced, without having to stop the machine and readjust it appropriately by hand for the necessary respective resetting of the optimum vibrating-force/ frequency ratio, it is to be possible to adjust the vibrating force continuously during the operation of the vibrator in order to set the particular optimum vibrating-force/frequency ratio. This can be carried out here by hand or else by computer control by means of an appropriate actuator. For this purpose, action is taken from outside by adjustment means on an unbalance flywheel in such a way that a centre of gravity can be adjusted continuously, during the rotation of the unbalance flywheel between a neutral position and a maximum unbalanced position within an adjustment travel X.
