PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of a POR signal and the detection of an insufficient voltage and an overvoltage by composing a circuit for generating a pulse-width-modulated pulse of a voltage-to-frequency converter, a microprocessor, a counter and a digital comparator. CONSTITUTION:A circuit for generating a pulse-width-modulated pulse is composed of a voltage-to-frequency converter 5, a one-chip CPU6, a 8-bit counter 7 and a digital comparator 8. The pulse from the circuit is applied to the base of a transistor 1 through a buffer 9, an input is switched and the output is produced through a flywheel diode 2, a choke 3 and a capacitor 4. |
