发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To disturb a flow around a pipe located at the most upstream side of the flow of air to increase heat transmission and a cylindrical tubular member is also functioned as the heat exchanger to improve the heat transfer capacity of the heat exchanger further by arranging the cylindrical tubular member, communicating with the pipe, at the upstream side of the flow of air. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical tubular members 5 are arranged along the side rims at the upstream side of the plate-like fins 1 with given spaces in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the flow of air and both ends thereof are fixed to end plates after penetrating them. The cylindrical tubular members 5 are connected to the pipes 2 so as to flow a heat source fluid into the cylindrical tubular members 5. Each cylindrical tubular members 5 are arranged in zigzag with respect to the pipes 2a of the first row. When the air is flowed into the arrow sign direction A, the flows are disturbed at the downstream of the cylindrical tubular members 5 and turbulent flows are generated as shown by the signs B. As a result, the flows around the pipes 2a of the first row are disturbed and the heat transfer capacities around the pipes are increased, further, heat exchange may be effected by the cylindrical tubular members 5 themselves, therefore, the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger is increased resultantly and heat exchanging amount of the same may be increased.
