PURPOSE:To decrease the file capacity by discriminating whether or not a picture data is a data of all white or black lines and filing only several lines' share when the all white or black lines are consecutive. CONSTITUTION:A picture data for 1H line's share from an external device is received in a receiving buffer 2. A control section 3 transmits a write signal 9 and an increment signal 10 by the receiving of the picture data. The file device 4 stores the picture data of the buffer 2. When an all white data are received, a comparison circuit 6 transmits a coincidence signal 11 and a counter 8 is incremented by the signal 10. The comparison circuit compares the contents of a constant register 16 and of the counter 8, and when they are coincident, an inhibit latch 18 is set and the writing operation of the device 4 is suppressed. |
