PURPOSE:To process a card image with high efficiency by defining one of plural card images as the main one and retrieving other card images when plural card images are displayed at a time. CONSTITUTION:A box 2 corresponding to a card image 1 to be displayed on a screen is loaded on a main memory. Each card image 1 is displayed after merging the contents of a form data storage part and those of a card data storage part. At the same time, the field contents are designated on one of plural card images 1 displayed to the screen, and the card image 1 containing a field having the same contents as said image 1 is retrieved and extracted on other card images 1. In such a way, the field contents are set as the retrieving conditions at a retrieval control processing unit part where the retrieving process is carried out. |
