<p>PURPOSE:To realize a clock extracting method resistant to shot noises by delaying a received waveform by one-half (T/2) of a time slot T to obtain a differentiating waveform corresponding to the difference between the received waveform and the delayed waveform and forming a waveform having a 1/T component by rectifying and slicing the differentiating waveform to obtain a clock component extracted waveform. CONSTITUTION:A received waveform (a) and a delayed waveform a' delaying the waveform (a) by T/2 and inverting it are formed and a differentiating waveform (b) corresponding to the difference between the waveforms (a) and a' is obtained by a differentiating circuit 1. The waveform (b) is sliced in the vicinity of nearly zero level, rectified in full-wave and a signal waveform (c) is obtained. The waveform (c) includes the frequency component of f=1/T. Thus, even if shot noises represented by hatched lines exist in the waveform (c), the void part exists much by this method and no clock component is decreased.</p> |
