PURPOSE:To move back a sensor in accordance with a press contacting force and to prevent the sensor from being damaged, by fitting the second arm to the tip of the first arm, operating an energizing force of a reset spring for holding it at a projecting position to the outside, also providing a sliding piece on its tip, and detecting a rotational angle of the arm. CONSTITUTION:The second arm 16 provided on the tip of the first arm 12 so as to be freely rotatable is provided with a sliding piece 17 formed by a roller of its tip. Also, connecting links 18, 19 connected so as to be freely rotatable are attached pivotally between the tip of said second arm 16 and the intermediate position of the first arm 12. A parallelogram-shaped link mechanism is formed by these links 18, 19 and the arms 12, 16. This sensor is provided with a rotation detector 22 such as a potentiometer, etc. for executing a measurement of a rotational angle of the second arm 16 by detecting a rotational angle of the connecting link 19. Also, a rotation detector 23 for detecting a rotational angle of the first arm 12 is provided on a substrate 11. As for the first reset spring 14, that which is stronger than the second reset spring 21 is used, and when a contact 17 contacts with an object, the second reset spring 21 expands and the contact 17 moves back. |
