INTEGRATED CIRCUIT PACKAGE WITH INTEGRATED VOLTAGE CONVERSION CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To easily connect integrated circuits of different operating voltage by providing a voltage conversion circuit and a socket in integral manner with a plurality of integated circuits which operate by different operating power source voltages. CONSTITUTION:The voltage conversion circuit 3 which converts the operating power source voltage (V1) of the first IC1 (e.g. misrocomputer) into that (V2) of the second IC2 (e.g. memory) is provided. Then, an IC package is constructed by forming the voltage conversion circuit 3 and the socket 6 connecting the second IC2 in an integral body with the first IC1. Thereby, the second IC of an operating power source voltage different from that of the first IC can be mounted on the back surface of said IC.
