<p>PURPOSE:To improve performance and to expand the scope of applications, by laminating and closely contacting a plurality of sheets having macromolecular lightguides so that the light axes of the lightguides become in parallel, and forming a flexible body. CONSTITUTION:A displacement sensor 30 is provided with macromolecular lightguides 31a and 31b, 32a and 32b, and 33a and 33b; monomer polymerization fixing layer 34-36 coating layers 37-40; and a displacement body 41 such as bimetal. The displacement sensor element 30 is further provided with a cut groove 42, with the displacement body being made to remain with respect to a flexible body wherein the layers are closely contacted and laminated in a unitary body. In this constitution, the range of displacement is broad, change in the displacement direction can be processed, and the displacement amount can be accurately detected. Therefore, the performance can be improved, and the scope of applications can be expanded.</p> |
