摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the output of an engine by adding a fuel such as hydrogen, etc. to oxygen in which water is saturated, instead of suction air. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the suction stroke of an engine, only oxygen to an amount of about 25% of the volume of the engine suction stroke is sucked. Water is mixed into this oxygen in a saturated state and, immediately before this oxygen enters a cylinder, a fuel-air mixture in which an amount of 19-20% of the suction volume of oxygen or gasoline fuel is added, is sent in, and these are compressed, ignited and exploded. At the moment of this ignition and explosion, the combustion of the hydrogen or gasoline fuel in the oxygen provides an extraordinarily high temperature, and the finely atomized water in the oxygen is assimilated in a detonating flame and burned, while producing a strong explosion pressure of about 27 to 30kg/cm<2>. Thereby, fuel consumption can be reduced to less than 30% of the conventional one, preventing environmental pollution due to nitrogen oxide.
