PURPOSE:To produce interferon having high unit stably, by controlling always concentration of dissolved oxygen in a medium constant in a range of prescribed concentration during induction of interferon. CONSTITUTION:In production of interferon by microcarrier cultivation, concentration of dissolved oxygen is controlled constant in a range of 10%-50%, preferably 15%-35% based on saturated solubility of air. In multiplication of cell by microcarrier, concentration of dissolved oxygen is controlled constant in a range of 10%-50% based on saturated solubility of air. |
