PURPOSE:To apply slip-preventive treatment for a blown moldings by a method wherein a parison is extruded from an extruder, particulate materials are adhered on the surface of the parison prior to closing of molds, and the molds are then closed to make blow moldings. CONSTITUTION:A molten parison 10 of thermoplastic resin is extruded from a head 1 of an extruder. Before the parison is supplied into molds 2, 3, particulate materials 11 are jetted from particulate jetting nozzles 8, 9 onto the surface of the parison 10 so that they are blown against and adhered to the parison surface. When the parison 10 is supplied into the molds, the molds are closed and air is blown into the parison for forming. After forming, the molds are opened to take out the resultant molding. Powder or liquid particulate materials are preferably of those which have good affinity with materials of the molding such as a thermal plastic resin material 1, more preferably, those materials with adhesiveness such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. |
