摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled Al alloy material with high smoothness and a high reflecting function by specifying the amounts of impurity elements contained in an Al alloy contg. a specified amount of Mg and by specifying the particle size of particles of intermetallic compounds and nonmetallic inclusions basing on the impurities. CONSTITUTION:The permitted content limits of impurities in an Al alloy consisting of 2-6wt% Mg and the balance Al with impurities are restricted to 0.003% Fe, 0.005% Si, 0.25% Cu, 0.5% Zn, 0.0005% Mn, 0.0005% Cr, 0.0005% Ni, 0.0005% Ti and 0.001% in total of other impurities. The particle size of particles of intermetallic compounds and nonmetallic inclusions basing on the impurities is regulated to <=2mum. Thus, an Al alloy material suitable for superprecision cutting and having proper strength and rigidity is obtd.
