摘要 PURPOSE:To permits high-precision control of ignition timing, by a method wherein, based on a correction result and a time between a specific rotary angle position signal and a first rotary angle position signal, ignition timing from the specific rotary angle position signal is computed. CONSTITUTION:A processing device 1 consisting of a microcomputer inputs rotary angle position K0-K11 signals at every 30 deg. from an angle sensor 5 through an input device 3, and times T1 and T2 of timings K5-K9 and K9-K10 are stored in a memory 2 to compute a correcting angle DELTAtheta. Thereafter, a time T between detection of K10 and ignition is found by correcting such that the correcting angle DELTAtheta is deducted from a control angle theta stored in the memory 2. After T seconds have elpased after the timing K10 is detected, a control signal is sent to an ignition control part 6 through an output device 4 to ignite an internal combustion engine. This permits improvement of control precision.
