PURPOSE:To make man's visual measurement unnecessary by placing a crank shaft on a rack base, providing oppositely a light source and a one-dimensional image sensor on both sides of the rack base, moving the shaft in the longitudinal direction, and measuring the size in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:Guide members 14 are separated by a suitable length and fixed in parallel in the center part of a rack base 10. A center determining plate 12 is fixed horizontally between the members 14. An interlocking lever 16 is stuck onto the same line of the rear side of the rack base of a base board 13, and fixed to a head 32b of a digital scale 32. The head 32b moves as one body with movement of the rack base 10. Both end journal parts of a crank shaft are supported by a crank supporting base 11. The rack base is moved by rotating a screw lever 17 by a motor. A light source 20 is opposed to a one-dimensional image sensor 30, and the quantity is measured automatically by an operating circuit. |
