PURPOSE:To obtain a pot for spinning whose strength is sufficient and weight is light, by a method wherein the lower part of a bottom force is filled up with a composite consisting of thermosetting resin and strengthened fiber and the above-mentioned composite is molded by making the same compress and flow by the bottom and top forces while they are being heated when viscosity of the above-mentioned resin is 10-1,000 poise. CONSTITUTION:A resin composite for molding consisting of thermosetting resin and strengthened fiber whose length is 1-100mm. is filled in the lower part 4 of a bottom force (b) of a pot for spinning, a top force (a) is put into the bottom force (b) with pressure while the bottom force (b) is being heated when viscosity of the thermosetting resin is 10-1,000 poise, and the resin composite is molded by making the same flow within a gap between the forces. The pot 1 for spinning whose strength is sufficient and weight is light can be obtained in this manner. |
