PURPOSE:A kin and hair cosmetic having effects to activate the cell of skin, to keep moisture retention of skin, and to make the hair soft, containing a solution of elastin hydrolyzate and an essence of placenta extract as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A skin cosmetic such as toilet lotion, cream, milky lotion, pack, etc. or hair cosmetic such as shampoo, rinse, hair toiletry, etc. is blended with preferably 0.1-10.0wt% solution of 15% elastin hydrolyzate and 0.1-10.0wt% essence of placenta extract as active ingredients to give the cosmetic for enhancing extremely activation of the cell of skin and moisture retention, providing further the hair with softness. |
