PURPOSE:To facilitate comparison of graphic information with a drawing, to lighten a load of an operator and to shorten time required for inputting a drawing by superposing a picture for inputted graphic information and the picture of the drawing and displaying the obtained picture. CONSTITUTION:A picture for graphic information inputted from a graphic inputting section to a graphic memory section 2 and the picture of the drawing itself are superposed simultaneously and displayed on a picture display section 4. Accordingly, when the display section 4 is, for instance, CRT display, the graphic form can be inputted basing on picture display of the drawing itself while looking at only the display of the CRT display without comparing the drawing with the display by the graphic inputting section 1 such as a light pen, etc. Graphic inputting for complicated parts or minute parts can be made by enlarging the objective parts.
