摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a light beam working device which eliminates the light in an unnecessary wavelength region by constituting the device in such a way that the light beam condensed through a liquid absorbing the light of a specific wavelength is irradiated to a work. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed liquid is filled in a liquid tank 7 and is kept circulated. A lamp 1 is properly lighted and the light beam 5 generated by the lamp is reflected on a condensing mirror 2 and is then passed through the tank 7. The light of the unnecessary wavelength region is absorbed by the liquid in the tank 7 and the light beam 5 removed of such light is condensed on a focusing point 14, by which a work 6 is worked. The continuous wavelength band of the high-voltage arc lamp can be consequently controlled according to the material of the work and therefore the working is made possible without damaging the adjacent material susceptible to heat. There is particularly the effect of decreasing thermal load by removing the absorption wavelength of plastics in the case of applying light energy to a metallic part in brazing of such a work in which the plastic material exists adjacently to the metal. |
