PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of a flow flowing through a course reaching a load by using a previously set aimed value and actually measured value, by installing a means, etc., which fetch the flow rate of the flowing course of an actuator at a prescribed timing and compare the fetched value with an aimed value. CONSTITUTION:A means, etc., which successively fetch the flow rate of the flowing course of an actuator at a prescribed timing and compare the fetched value with a previously set aimed value, are installed. For example, A flow rate discharged from a pump 1 is sent to a hydraulic motor 3 through an electromagnetic proportional flow rate regulating valve 2 and a load, actuator 4, is driven and, at the same time, discharged oil from the hydraulic motor 3 is discharged to a tank 6 from a flowing course 5 and measured with a flowmeter 7. Then the flow rate flowing to the hydraulic motor 3 is controlled by controlling the electromagnetic proportional flow rate regulating valve 2 based on the measured value of the flowmeter 7 so that the flow rate reaches an aimed flow rate value. Thereafter, an electric signal Yj is fetched by means of a timing circuit (a) through a pickup (b) at a prescribed timing and the signal Yj is compared with an aimed value Xj (d) set in a flow rate setter (c) by means of a comparator (e). |
