PURPOSE:To obtain large cooling and heating effects with small energy by laying under the ground a heat accumulating and radiating tube having a plurality of partitions on the inner side of a cylinder and a plurality of fins in a U-shape, introducing one end of the tube under the floor and another end into a space above the ceiling through a duct and providing a fan at the tip end of the tube. CONSTITUTION:In summer, when the fan 4 is driven and air is sucked up through the duct 3, air in a space 9 under the floor, having a temperature of 23 deg.C, for example, passes through a vent layer S of the heat accumulating and radiating tube 1. Upon this occasion, heat exchange is performed between the surfaces of the cylindrical part, partitions H and fins 2, and air assumes a temperature equivalent to the coolness of 18 deg.C, for example, and is discharged into the space 8 above the ceiling. Since the temperature under the ground is generally in the range of approximately 15-20 deg.C, cool air in a space 9 under the floor passes through a vent layer S of the heat accumulating and radiating tube 1 by driving the fan in winter similarly as in summer, and assumes a temperature of 20 deg.C, for example, the air rising up through the duct 3, being discharged into the space 8 above the ceiling, and falling down through wall cavities 11, 12 and 13. |
