PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency by furnishing a storage between a rotary compressor and a valve device, installed between a cooler and said rotary compressor, and thereby preventing the oil from being compressed by the rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION:Because the pressure P1 in a by-pass 9 on the delivery pipe side 10 is higher than the pressure P2 on the storage side 7 during operation of a rotary compressor 1, a check valve 11 is in closed condition. The oil in an enclosure case 12 for rotary compressor 1 is discharged together with a refrigerant compressed by a cylinder 14, and then flows in the storage 7 via cooler 5. Thus the oil flows into cylinder 14 to ensure that it is free from fear of being compressed.
